A Mountain Home man walking on a highway was struck by a vehicle and killed this week. The Arkansas State Police identified the victim as 82-year-old Thomas Sumner Tannen. According to the report released Friday, the accident happened Monday when Tannen was walking on the highway and was hit by a truck.
