WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -- More than three and a half years after the massive fire at the Weaver Fertilizer Plant, thousands of Winston-Salem residents could soon get compensation.  Roughly 6,500 people who lived within a one-mile radius of the plant at 4440 N.
