Mumbai: Maharashtra has recorded a mild increase in COVID-19 cases, with 76 new infections reported on Thursday, bringing the state’s total for the year to 597. Mumbai accounted for the highest number of fresh cases, registering 27, followed by Pune with 21, Thane with 12, and Kalyan with eight.
