On Monday, a Garden of Remembrance was opened in Zolitūde, at Priedaines Street 20A, dedicated to the tragic events of November 21, 2013.
A Garden of Remembrance dedicated to the victims of the tragedy has been opened in Zolitude, the place where 54 people lost their lives in the collapse of the Maxima store less than 13 years ago. At its center are 54 mirror-surface spheres – one for each life lost in the tragedy.
