Dwayne Foley, 50 editor/owner of The Wathena Times and owner of The Landmark, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Foley and Lester Shalz were in a car on I-29 when Foley was stricken. He was pronounced dead on arrival at a St. Joseph hospital.
