A heartbreaking and shameful incident has come to light in the national capital, Delhi. A 16-year-old student was gang-raped inside a sleeper bus parked in the busy Kashmere Gate area of Delhi.
Another 'Nirbhaya'-like incident has taken place in BJP-ruled Delhi. A 16-year-old girl from UP was gang-raped after getting off a bus at a different stop at night and getting caught in heavy rain. Police said she was gang-raped after boarding a sleeper bus for a lift. Police say the bus dropped her off near Kashmir Gate after travelling for about 47 km.
A case of gang rape of a 17-year-old Class 11 student by the driver and conductor has come to light when she boarded a sleeper bus from Pari Chowk in Greater Noida to Noida Sector-63.
