State Rep. Rich Collins (R-District 41) announced he does not plan to seek reelection after serving in Delaware's House Assembly for 11 years. Two candidates have filed to replace him, according to Delaware's Department of Elections.

41st District Representative Rich Collins has announced that he will not run for re-election. Representative Collins made the announcement on Monday's “Your Turn Delmarva” with MJ Powell on the Talk of Delmarva.
