401 crash east of Belleville
Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash Wednesday morning. Around 7:45 a.m., police, EMS, and fire responded to the 401 westbound, between the Shannonville Road and Highway 37 exit, near the Mitchell Road overpass. There is a construction zone in the area and officials are reporting that five vehicles were involved, with at least one being a tractor trailer. No other details are known at this time.
