FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) -- A third arrest has been made in connection with a 2022 Florence cold-case homicide, police said on Monday. Eric D. Madison, 28, of Florence, was charged with murder and criminal conspiracy in connection with the Sept. 14, 2022, killing on Prout Drive of William Ewell, 45, of Florence, police said.
