A 38-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exploiting an elderly man in his own home in Terneuzen (Zeeland). He is said to have forced the 83-year-old resident to withdraw money and hand over his debit card. Within a short period of time, substantial amounts were withdrawn from the bank account and used to pay for expenses.
