$3.5M development project aims to revitalize downtown Barnesville

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) -- A new building that will create jobs and add to the skyline of downtown Barnesville may be in place by the end of 2026. The development project will be a two-story, 38-by-140-foot structure designed to complement the community's historic architecture.
