33rd INJOY Triathlon Hagen - 25th May 2025: Volkstriathlon Hagen 500/24/5

The triathlon in Hagen is excellently organized by the Triathlon Team Hagen. Swimming in the outdoor pool on 25 or 50 meters tracks. I chose the 25 meters track. After 15 minutes I got out of the water, ran into the changing zone, rain jacket on, helmet put on, starting tape put on; socks and shoes put on, the bike removed from the stand and off on the bike track. 4 laps are to be ridden.
