PUTNAM VALLEY — The New York State Police in Stormville responded to a fatal motorcycle crash on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley at approximately 7:10 p.m. Friday. An initial investigation determined Darren W. Teti, 31, of Levittown, N.Y., was operating a 2000 Kawasaki motorcycle southbound at a high rate of speed when he lost control for unknown reasons.
