The PET board approved the registration of 31 new residents, as reported by the park press service.
The names and activities of 31 companies whose registration as residents of the High Technology Park had been approved by the Supervisory Board of the PET were known. The meeting of the Board, chaired by the Prime Minister of Belarus, Alexander Turchin, took place on 17 September. On the eve of the day, Anna Ryabova, Chief of the Supervisory Board, reported that the Board was considering applications from more than 30 companies.
"This solution is not just a quantitative addition: it clearly shows a shift in the structure of Belarusian IT business; whereas previously PET was mainly associated with custom development, the voice of "product" companies creating their own unique solutions is increasingly being heard among new residents today," noted Anna Ryabowa, Head of the Secretariat of the PET Observatory.
