PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- A proposed 120-unit senior living community in Painesville is moving forward with the help of up to $30 million in tax-exempt financing approved by Lake County commissioners.
This Monday the opening of envelopes of the project that aims to build the City of Wine in the Arizu Complex of Godoy Cruz was carried out. It is the first work that was approved in the framework of the Plan of Public Tourism Infrastructure, through which 30 million dollars will be allocated from the Reparation Fund.
