3-vehicle crash in east Casper leads to felony DUI charge

CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper man on felony probation was arrested for DUI after a three-vehicle crash in east Casper last weekend. Juan Martez Quinn, 26, has three previous convictions for DUI over the last three years. On Monday, he heard the fourth-in-10-years DUI charge in circuit court.
