HOUSTON (KIAH) — Three fugitives were arrested in a southwest Houston hotel in a mail fraud investigation, authorities said. Inspectors from the U.S. Postal Service and Houston police arrested Gilbert Ochoa, Ashley Pitones, and Daniel Guasco for mail theft and other crimes last week.
