A fast-moving, 3-alarm fire roared through an apartment complex in Aloha on Wednesday morning, burning eight units and displacing multiple families. A resident called 911 shortly after 3 a.m. after she noticed that her second-floor porch was on fire, Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue said in a statement.
