PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — One of two women arrested after a body was pulled out of a river in Providence briefly appeared in court Monday. Dusti Turner, 35, was arraigned on charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy in the death of 30-year-old Katherine Gascoigne. No plea was entered and Turner was ordered held without bail.
