The passing out parade for the fourth batch of Short Service Commission (Technical Entry) men and women was held at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya on Saturday. The fourth Passing Out Parade and Piping Ceremony for male and female Short Service Commission (Technical) cadets was held at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya, Bihar on Saturday.
