Three years ago, the Buffalo community was assaulted by a racist gunman, who killed 10 helpless people at the Tops Supermarket on Jefferson Avenue. Each year, a community-wide tribute is held, around the time of the tragedy, to pay tribute to the innocent people that lost their lives at the hands of the radicalized supremacist.
