Nathan R. William, 20, of Van Wert, and Kathy L. Williams, 60, of Delphos, each were transported by Indian Lake EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries in a chain-reaction crash Sunday, Aug. 31, on U.S. Route 33.  Mr. William was operating a westbound 2014 Dodge Dart on U.S. 33 near Township Road 89 about 12:35 p.m. He reportedly passed a westbound 2015 Dodge Journey operated by Ms. Williams, on the left.  A third we…
