2 Russian oil refineries cease operations after Ukrainian strikes, General Staff says

Both facilities targeted in Ukrainian attacks are located more than 800 kilometers (nearly 500 miles) from the Ukrainian border, the General Staff said.

Following the strikes, it was confirmed that operations had ceased at "LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" in Kstovo and at the "NOVATEK-Ust-Luga" complex. At the latter facility, pipelines, a gas condensate processing unit, and hydrocracking columns were damaged.
