ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police released new video of a high-speed chase Sunday. On Saturday, APD officers arrested Nikko Star and Kelsey Medina. After leaving a party, police say they and two other suspects shot at a car and at someone’s home in southwest Albuquerque.
