Federal prosecutors have charged two out-of-state men in the largest meth bust in New Jersey’s history. Marcos Cesar Acosta, 47, of Chicago, and Carlos H. Cordero-Guiterrez, 53, a Mexican national, have been charged by complaint with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said in a statement on Tuesday. They appeared in Camden federal court on April 29 before being detained.
