Man and juvenile killed in high speed crash, Grand Prairie Police say

The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a fatal accident that occurred Wednesday, August 12th, in the 500 block of N.E. 5th Street. At approximately 4:30 p.m., an SUV traveling southbound on N.E. 5th Street struck the back of a parked waste collection truck.
