Zachary Scothorn, 19, was killed when he was driving west in the eastbound lanes of I-80 at around 1:35 a.m. Friday and struck two cars going east.

(Altoona, Iowa) – A wrong-way driver on Interstate 80 in central Iowa caused a crash that killed one person and injured three others.
