18-year-old faces charges after bringing bear spray to carnival

Police arrested a man over the weekend after an incident at the Dartmouth Spring Carnival on Saturday. Halifax Regional Police say they were called just before 6 p.m. to the Main Street midway about reports of a man carrying bear spray.
