INDIANA, Pa. (WJW) -- A man believed to have shot and killed "up-and-coming" Cleveland rapper KashBankx last month was arrested by U.S. Marshals Thursday night in Pennsylvania. Cleveland police investigating a shooting along Broadway Avenue in Cleveland's Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood at about 4 a.m. on Dec. 29, according to a Friday news release from Marshals.
