MADISON COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) - UPDATE: A major accident on Interstate 45 in Madison County involved an overturned 18 wheeler transporting a crane. Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Justin Ruiz tells FOX 44 News that a crane truck was traveling northbound.
