ROCHESTER — A 17-year-old was arrested after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation with a 15-year-old at the First Street Ramp in downtown Rochester on July 14, 2025. The 17-year-old is one of three reported males who are accused of physically assaulting the 15-year-old.
