UPDATE: An alert from Chapel Hill Police at 1:31 p.m. on Thursday said Summer Havens has been safely located. The Chapel Hill Police Department alerted the public to its search for a teenager reported missing on Tuesday, and asked for help in locating the young woman. Police say they are seeking 15-year-old Summer Havens, who was last seen Friday morning in the area of Willow Drive. Havens is described as 5-foot-6 and weighing around 140 pounds.…
