Seven homebuilders have been selected for the first phase of a $1.5 billion master-planned community in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. They'll build on the first 418 lots at Sherley Farms in Anna. Eventually, Tellus Group's 3,000-home community will feature an organic farm, trails and wellness amenities alongside homes.
