$1.32M flooding, drainage fix to begin this fall in LaGrange

The restoration will focus on cleaning and reconstructing 1.77 miles of the Foster Ditch system. Plans include excavation and reshaping of the ditches, clearing sediment, trees, and other debris, removing failing private ditch crossings and adding a new permanent easement that will allow future access for county maintenance.
