CUMBERLAND, Ind. — The shooting death of a 12-year-old boy in Cumberland has now been ruled a homicide. The Cumberland Metropolitan Police Department says officers found Jeremiah Cotton to be suffering from a gunshot wound at a home in the 11500 block of Dunshire Drive just before 1 a.m. Friday.
