11 charged for impaired driving in northeast Ontario in May and June

A wave of impaired driving charges has swept through northern Ontario, with James Bay OPP officers laying 11 charges across Hearst, Kapuskasing and Cochrane throughout May and June.     Seven drivers were charged with being impaired by drugs, and four by impairment by alcohol.
