A fire broke out in a house on Darling Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island, Tuesday night, according to WJAR reports. Most of the damage was concentrated on the first floor. A firefighter received medical attention at the site for smoke inhalation. At least 10 people were displaced. The deputy fire chief reported that, instead of calling 911, one of the residents ran to the nearby police station. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
