DONNA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A portion of the Expressway 83 in Donna has reopened after a fatal two-vehicle crash. Donna Police says three teens, ranging in age between 15 and 16 years old, were involved in the crash on Tuesday afternoon. Two teenagers were sent to the hospital. A 16-year-old boy, whose name was not revealed, died on Tuesday from injuries sustained during a crash on Highway 83 in Donna, the city’s police reported. The incident occurred around 5:33 p.m. on the 600th block and involved two vehicles, a Chevrolet Silverado truck of 2022 and a Chevrolet Cruze of 2019.
