ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — One person died and two others were injured May 5 in a collision between a compact SUV and a semitrailer in Sweetwater County along Interstate 80.The SUV was headed west near milepost 139 shortly past 4 p.m. when it started to hydroplane and entered the eastbound lane.
