PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A 48-year-old from Sandy was killed on Monday after a three-car crash on Hwy 26, Oregon State Police said. Officers responded to the crash just after 1 p.m. at the intersection with Orient Drive. According to OSP, the driver of a GMC Savannah experienced a "mechanical failure" and rear-ended a Honda Fit, driven by Bryan Ray Robinson, who was slowing to a stop at the traffic light.
