He married Charmaine Anne (Parkhurst) Simpson on July 12, 1969, at the family residence. As of this year, they would have celebrated 55 years of marriage. He retired as a machinist for 35 years for General Motor Allison Transmission in 2003 to stay home and take care of his grandson Joseph.See the Story
