(WIVB) -- The Diocese of Buffalo cut "roughly" 18 out of 75 positions to fulfill an agreement to pay $150 million to settle over 800 claims of sexual abuse, a spokesperson said Wednesday. The 18 positions make up 22 percent of the Diocese's Catholic Center personnel. The Diocese said they will be paid through the end of August.
