It happened at the Seabra grocery store parking lot on Rockdale Avenue. Police say 18-year-old Damian Breton and a 17-year-old boy shoved a man off his moped and drove off. Police caught up to them when they crashed and ran away. Both are charged with masked and armed robbery.
