A Police Officer Shot a Young Man Who Was "Part of a Gang of Criminals"

Police in Musanze District have shot dead a 20-year-old man who was part of a group of about 40 criminals who attacked them. The police said the criminals, who were armed with machetes, axes, shovels and other tools, were in Cyabararika Cell, where illegal gold mining is suspected.
