Exmouth · ExmouthAt 13.48 HM Coastguard requested our D Class lifeboat, George Bearman II, to assist a windsurfer. The inshore lifeboat and its volunteer crew of four were on exercise at the time on the River Exe.The exercise was halted and the crew proceeded to the reported casualty near number 8 buoy.
