Five Guys · LebanonWhen I first saw the video on Instagram, I honestly thought Five Guys had opened in Lebanon. Everything looked exactly like one of their branches—except instead of “Five,” it said “Four.” Yep, you heard that right. A new burger joint just opened in Lebanon, and it’s basically a knock-off of the globally recognized Five Guys franchise. I really hope this doesn’t become a trend here. It comes across as cheap and unoriginal. Lebanon has no shortage of talented chefs and creative marketing minds—we’re more than capable of coming up with our own brands and fresh concepts without copying others. So far, we’ve seen knock-off versions of McDonald’s, Starbucks, and now this. It’s really starting to get out of hand.
