Barnstaple · BarnstapleExeter-based commercial developer Onyx Business Parks will purchase a site at Roundswell Enterprise Park in North Devon. Onyx said the scheme will generate more than 54 temporary jobs during construction and 160 full-time jobs onsite once complete. The shop's owner, actress Stacey Cane, has blamed high rents and a decline in the town centre for the difficult decision.
