Zelensky awarded 20 outstanding people with the state award “National Legend of Ukraine”. In Kyiv, Zelensky awarded 20 outstanding Ukrainians and foreigners. Among the winners are Lazarenko, Mazur, Belanov, Lukyanenko and Shawn Penn.
Among the awardees are also musicians, artists and military personnel.

This is reported by Public Culture. This year, 18 people received the award: servicemen, artists, musicians, athletes, foreign partners and journalists. Among them is the American actor and director Sean Penn, who has been actively supporting Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. “Sean Penn didn't come to the Oscars, you see. And at the presentation of the “National Legend” - he came,” Zelensky said.
