Three people were killed in Russian attacks on Ukraine today. Energy infrastructure was targeted in six Ukrainian regions, with Kiev saying more than 100,000 households were left without electricity, the French news agency AFP reported.
Ukrainian emergency services are already working to restore power supplies, while the Energy Ministry called the attacks a continuation of Russia's deliberate policy ahead of the heating season.
According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a Russian airstrike has left more than 100,000 people in Ukraine without power. He says the attack demonstrates that Russia is continuing its attacks despite international pressure to end the conflict.
