The Sanz Enea Library in Zarautz has published "Aita Orkolaga, Zarauzko bikarioa," a book that rescues the figure of Vicar Juan Miguel Orcolaga, founder in 1905 of the Igelo Meteorological Observatory and a man ahead of his time. This Wednesday, starting at 7:30 p.m., the book will be presented in the Modelo Room, at an event organized by ZarautzOn.
